Emergency Response and Incident Coordination (During and After Hours)

This role serves as a primary operational support and coordination point during clinic incidents, both during normal business hours and after-hours when applicable. • Provide after-hours support and coordination, including remote guidance or on-call support as needed for urgent situations impacting clinic operations

  • Serve as a liaison to local first responders, including law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS, ensuring clear communication and coordination during incidents

  • Support clinics in communicating critical information to responders, including:

    • Situation status

    • Facility layout and access points
