Pay & Schedule:

  • $20/hr total
  • $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days (must average 20+ hrs/week)
  • Part Time Swing Shift ( Friday-Sunday 2pm-10pm)

About the Role

AGS Protect is hiring a professional Security Officer to protect the Panda Restaurant Group campus in Rosemead. This is a stable, long-term post ideal for reliable & motivated individuals who want consistent hours with a respected national brand.

You’ll provide a visible security presence, patrol the property, assist employees and visitors, and respond to any incidents in a calm, professional manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas
  • Maintain a visible security presence and deter unwanted activity
  • Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations
  • Provide excellent customer service to Panda employees and visitors
  • Respond to incidents and follow company/post procedures
  • Write clear, accurate incident and activity reports
  • Communicate with supervisors, clients, and first responders as needed

What You Need

  • 18+ years old with High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid CA BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid CA Driver’s License with a 3 year clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Able to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Reliable transportation to/from Rosemead for a 2 p.m. start
  • Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for most of an 8-hour shift
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Willing to work the set schedule (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) and occasional overtime/holidays if needed
