Lead PAM Engineer

Position Overview

The Lead PAM Engineer is responsible for planning and implementing Privileged Access Management platforms across on-premises and cloud-based systems. This role leads stakeholder engagement, PAM architecture, implementation planning, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PAM architecture, planning, implementation, and operationalization.
  • Support privileged access controls across cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Coordinate stakeholder requirements, rollout planning, and implementation activities.
  • Support PAM technologies such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra PIM, Okta, or other approved platforms.
  • Develop PAM procedures, documentation, and transition materials.
  • Coordinate with security architecture, engineering, and operations teams to strengthen privileged access controls.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience implementing and supporting PAM capabilities in enterprise environments. Strong background in identity and access management, privileged account governance, cloud/on-premises integration, stakeholder coordination, and security engineering.
