Pallet Sorters usually work in warehouses, distribution centers, or shipping facilities, where the environment can be busy and physically demanding. You’ll spend most of your shift on your feet, sorting, stacking, and inspecting pallets, often in areas where temperatures may vary. Teamwork is a key aspect, as you’ll frequently coordinate with warehouse staff, forklift operators, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. While the role is fast-paced, most employers provide the necessary safety equipment and training to help you perform your tasks comfortably and safely.
