Job description

At CUT by Wolfgang Puck at The Palazzo Las Vegas, culinary excellence meets modern luxury. As the sophisticated evolution of the classic American steakhouse, CUT is known for precision, bold flavors, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. We are seeking skilled Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, thrive in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen, and are passionate about executing exceptional food at the highest level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Work various stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure seamless service and kitchen operations

Pay: $20 - $24 / hour

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
  • Steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
  • Solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Culinary school education is a plus but not required
