Job description

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as seasonal Lot Attendants. This position pays $20.50 / hour and is located at our Cow Palace location. 

This seasonal role is available from September 1st till February 12th, cannot exceed 180 days. The schedule needed for this position is as follows:

Monday through Friday

8:00AM-4:30PM

The Lot Attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport and/or rental. The lot attendant will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist with lot organization and parking of cars  
  • Moving and positioning vehicles from varying locations for cleaning, servicing, transport and/or rental needs
  • Transport vehicles to gas stations for services such as gas tank fill-ups and checking air pressure in tires 
  • Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location; leave vehicles positioned for best access by service agents, as directed by management.
  • Drive clean vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers as directed by management.
  • Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
  • Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
  • May be asked to clean vehicles
  • Perform other service-related duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have 6 months of customer service experience
