We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is organized, responsive, and great at keeping things moving.

You'll be the connection between our clients and internal teams — managing client communication, coordinating support requests, following up on projects, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Manage day-to-day communication for approximately 75–100 clients
• Respond to client emails, text messages, questions, and support requests
• Serve as the liaison between clients and our internal teams
• Create, manage, and follow up on client support tickets
• Route requests and projects to the appropriate team members
• Track outstanding items and keep projects moving forward
• Keep clients updated on progress, next steps, and outstanding requests
• Handle occasional client phone calls when additional support or clarification is needed
• Escalate urgent or sensitive client concerns when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client notes, tasks, and updates within our systems
• Proactively follow up with internal teams to make sure requests reach completion

• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Are highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Can confidently manage a high-volume portfolio of 75–100 clients
• Are proactive and naturally follow up until something is completed
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable communicating professionally with clients primarily through text, email, and phone
• Can work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Are comfortable learning and working across different online platforms and systems
• Have experience in client success, customer support, account management, project coordination, or administrative support
• Have previous marketing agency experience — a major plus
