A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast footprint is hiring two Paint Superintendents (Interior Finish) for its Savannah, GA area office. Current and upcoming projects include an 18-story hotel, multiple hospital renovations, and mid-size hospitality and multifamily work โ€” all within a regional radius. One opening targets a senior superintendent ready for a large-scale project; the second suits a mid-level commercial superintendent ready to grow. Both offer meaningful bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and a flexible, results-based schedule.

  • Anticipated $70,000โ€“$90,000, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus โ€” varies with project and company performance
  • Monthly vehicle allowance ($600โ€“$800)

Overview:

  • Field-based oversight of commercial paint and wall covering subcontractor crews on active projects

  • On larger projects, may work under the direction of the general superintendent

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Commercial paint and wall covering superintendent experience โ€” required
  • Non-union commercial construction; experience managing piecework subcontractor crews โ€” required
  • Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality project experience
  • Senior opening: large-scale commercial project experience (multi-story, $5M+ paint scope) โ€” required for the senior seat
  • Mid-level opening: mid-sized commercial project experience, 3+ years field supervision
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
