Key ResponsibilitiesSurface Prep & Environmental Monitoring: Inspect abrasive blasting and measure ambient conditions like temperature, humidity, and dew point.
Coating Application Inspection: Verify wet film thickness (WFT) during application and measure dry film thickness (DFT) using non-destructive tools after curing.
Defect Testing: Conduct holiday (pinhole) testing, adhesion testing, and surface profile measurements.
