This job has both full-time & part-time positions available


Custodian

  • All assigned areas are to be cleaned daily.
  • Areas should be swept or vacuumed daily.
  • Desk tops should be washed daily.
  • Garbage cans are to be emptied daily.
  • Window sills are to be cleaned as per scheduled.
  • All restrooms in the designated area will be cleaned and disinfected daily, making sure that soap dispensers and paper towel dispenser are filled and able to be used.
  • Other duties optional by building: cleaning of carpets, cleaning of furniture, painting, changing lights, minor repairs, mowing, snow removal, and securing and unlocking doors.
  • Must be able to work weekends when the need arises.
  • Report repair needs to the maintenance supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
