CertaPro Painters Responsibilities:
  • Wearing the proper professional Painter attire; white pants or white shorts and a CertaPro Painters shirt.
  • Keeping in regular communication with your Job Site Supervisor. This includes, but not limited to; know what jobs are next, what to do on days of inclement weather, etc.
  • Maintaining all equipment.
  • Dealing with or handling all reasonable requests from the customer.
  • Take care of all reasonable requests from your supervisor.
  • Attend all training sessions or company meetings as required.
  • Make sure you and the Team you are working with follow safe working practices.
  • Do good quality work and provide excellent service to all customers.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as discussed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials.
  • Tapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces. Adjusts colors when necessary; utilizes enhanced finishing skills when appropriate.
  • Operates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment, including brush, roll, sprayers and electrostatic sprayers, pumps, etc. Safely stores and labels all materials.
  • Residential and Commercial Paint Projects

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
