Position Overview:

As a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging.
  • Sort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse.
  • Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards.
  • Quality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks.
  • Responsible for equipment, including tools and the product.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

The hiring rate for this position is $26.26, hourly.
