  • Minimum High School Diploma or Associate Degree or Vocational School Degree
  • 1 year (at least) in Property Maintenance
  • Knowledge or specialty including: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repairs, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC diagnosis
  • Must have own tools & equipment
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs
  • Ability to be organized & multitask??
  • Communication skills and teamwork?
  • Attention to detail and accuracy?
  • Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines?
  • Ability to reliably commute to work (Driver’s License req.)
  • Experience with Property Management software a plus?


Responsibilities?


Customer Service to include:

  • Resident Relationships
  • Always maintain a professional image & attitude while on property
  • Provide all aspects of support to Maintenance Manager(s) to include:?
  • Maintain property cleanliness and order
  • Perform service requests (repairs) in occupied units as needed
  • Assist in renovating apartments to rent-ready condition
  • Must be available for Emergency On-Call Rotation
