Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)

Night Shifts

  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
  • 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7am

Night Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
  • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
  • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Weekend Shift

  • Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-7pm

Weekend Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Work 36 Hours, Get paid 40 Hours
  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR

Position Description:

  • Prepare surfaces for coatings
  • Apply coatings, such as primers, epoxies, and urethanes with sprayers
  • Examine finished surfaces of workpieces to verify conformance to specifications
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment
  • Maintain and wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Forklift operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in painting, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with paint and coating specifications preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds required
  • Motivation to learn and succeed required
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
