What You'll Do
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence.
  • Manage Projects: Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times.
  • Travel as Needed: Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects.
  • Oversee Materials & Equipment: Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance.
  • Promote Compliance: Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
What You Bring
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams.
