Overview
We’re looking for a Clinical Medical Assistant who enjoys patient care, values teamwork, and wants to grow in a specialty medical setting. This role supports our Neurology and Pain Management providers and plays a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients with complex and chronic conditions.

  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide support throughout their visit
  • Assist with in-office procedures as trained
  • Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, testing, and follow-up instructions
  • Support our geriatric patient population with patience, professionalism, and empathy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
  • Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow

  • Prior experience in outpatient, urgent care, emergency medicine, or specialty practice is a plus — but not required for the right candidate
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Willingness to learn neurology and pain management workflows (we provide training)

Why Join Neurology & Pain Management?

  • Work in a specialty practice with opportunities to expand clinical skills
  • Family like atmosphere
  • Supportive providers and leadership team
  • Meaningful patient relationships — you’ll truly make a difference
  • Multi-location practice offers variety and stability

Ideal For Someone Who:

  • Enjoys hands-on patient care
  • Wants to grow beyond basic primary care tasks
  • Appreciates clear expectations and teamwork
  • Is looking for a long-term role in a professional clinical environment
