Behavior Technician

Paid Training | $21-$25/hour | In-Home ABA Services | South Westchester, NY

Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout South Westchester and surrounding areas. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in a child's life while receiving ongoing training, clinical support, and a flexible schedule that fits your availability.

Whether you are already an RBT or looking to grow into the role, we welcome compassionate, reliable individuals who are passionate about working with children. At Vibrant, our clinical team is committed to supporting your growth and development every step of the way.

About the Role

As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children preferred
    (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel locally throughout South Westchester
  • After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply

We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome candidates who are interested in becoming certified.

  • RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
  • Paid training and onboarding provided
  • Support available toward RBT certification
  • Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
