Familiarity with coding environments like Visual Studio Code and version control systems such as Git is often required, and some programs may value foundational certifications or coding bootcamp experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication set standout candidates apart in this role. These skills ensure you can quickly grasp new concepts, collaborate with team members, and build reliable, user-friendly web applications.

You may also participate in collaborative assignments to simulate real-world teamwork. The training environment is supportive, with regular feedback to help you improve and adjust to the company’s coding standards and workflows.
