What is a Paid Training Web Developer?

A Paid Training Web Developer is an individual who is hired by a company or organization to learn web development skills while earning a salary or stipend. These programs are designed for people with little to no experience in web development and include structured training, mentorship, and hands-on projects. Upon completing the training, participants are often offered a full-time web developer position with the company.
