North America Central School Bus is hiring School Bus Drivers in the Charleston, IL area.

No experience? No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a clear path to a stable, rewarding role.


Pay & Perks
  • Starting pay: $25 per hour
  • Up to $3,000 hiring bonus
  • Weekly pay

  • No nights or weekends
  • Minimum 4 hours per day (approx. 20 hours/week)

  • Safely transport students to and from school
