A Paid Trainee is an individual who is employed by a company to learn specific skills or gain practical experience while receiving a salary or hourly wage. These positions are typically designed for recent graduates or those new to a particular field. During the traineeship, individuals participate in hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities to prepare for a permanent role.
