Registered Nurse - Emergency - Night Shift - $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

At Mimbres Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home located in beautiful Deming, New Mexico, we take caring for people very personally. In fact, our goal is to treat every person who turns to us for care like we would a family member. For fun, adventure and discovery, there is no place like Deming, New Mexico! Located in the heart of the historic Old West, there are plenty of things to see and do around Deming!

Position Details:

  • Shift: FT Nights
  • Hours: 12 hour shifts (7p-7a)
  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 24-month commitment
  • Relocation assistance available

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
  • Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
  • Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited RN Program
  • Prefer 2 years Nursing experience in Critical Care
  • NM RN Licensure.
  • Current BLS, ACLS & PALS & NRP Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
