Medical Office Admin LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Longview. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity assisting in covering a leave. This role will be focused specifically on the patient experience and will include checking patients in and out, phone and email correspondence, updating patient demographics, and ensuring any questions are answered. Interested candidates must feel comfortable providing a warm and welcoming environment for others in a fast-paced clinic. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience
  • Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in-person interactions
  • Must be adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitasking throughout the day
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
