About the Role:

The HVAC-Warranty Technician plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert sales consultation and technical service for HVAC systems under warranty. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency and customer service skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment while effectively communicating warranty coverage and service options to clients. The technician will be responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with warranty terms to protect both the customer and the company. By delivering timely and high-quality service, the technician helps to extend the lifespan of HVAC systems and fosters long-term customer relationships. Ultimately, this role contributes to the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence in HVAC service and support across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by state regulations.
  • Proven experience in HVAC system repair and maintenance, preferably with warranty service exposure.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system components, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
