What is padel called in the USA?

Padel players often use specialized rackets and follow rules similar to tennis but adapted for the smaller court size.

What is a Padel job?

A Padel job typically involves roles related to the sport of padel, such as coaching, facility management, event organizing, or equipment sales. Coaches train players in technique and strategy, while facility managers oversee club operations. Event organizers plan tournaments, and sales professionals handle padel gear and equipment.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

High-paying jobs that can reach $2,000 a day often include specialized roles such as senior corporate executives, certain medical specialists, high-level consultants, and successful entrepreneurs. These positions typically require extensive experience, advanced skills, or significant responsibility, and may involve freelance or contract work with variable income. Achieving this level of pay usually depends on industry, location, and individual performance.

Does padel pay well?

Padel coaching and playing jobs can offer varying pay depending on location, experience, and whether the role is full-time or part-time. Professional players or certified coaches with a strong reputation can earn higher salaries, often supplemented by sponsorships or tournament winnings. Entry-level positions typically pay less and may include additional benefits such as access to facilities or equipment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Padel position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Padel Coach, you need in-depth knowledge of padel techniques, game strategy, and often prior competitive playing experience. Familiarity with sports training tools, court equipment, and relevant coaching certifications (such as from the International Padel Federation) is highly beneficial. Strong communication, motivational skills, and the ability to adapt instruction to various skill levels are essential soft skills. These qualifications ensure effective player development, safety, and the ability to foster a positive, engaging sporting environment.

What are the typical responsibilities of a Padel Coach on a weekly basis?

As a Padel Coach, your week will often involve conducting individual and group training sessions, analyzing player performance, and developing tailored improvement plans. You may also be responsible for organizing drills, overseeing matches or leagues, and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere on the court. Additionally, coaches frequently collaborate with facility staff and other coaches to coordinate schedules and support club events. This combination of on-court coaching and team coordination ensures a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

High-level sales roles such as real estate brokers, insurance agents, or financial advisors can earn $10,000 or more monthly without a degree, often relying on sales skills, certifications, and experience. Additionally, some entrepreneurs or business owners in niche markets may reach this income level through their ventures, but success typically depends on skills, network, and market conditions.

Job description

About Padel Haus
Padel Haus is New York City's premier padel club, setting the gold standard for the sport with world-class facilities across Williamsburg, DUMBO, and Greenpoint in Brooklyn, and now expanding beyond NYC with locations in Nashville, Atlanta, Denver. Designed to offer an unparalleled playing experience, our state-of-the-art courts cater to players of all levels, from beginners to professionals. More than just a club, Padel Haus is a thriving community where passion for the game of padel meets an exceptional social atmosphere. Building on our rapid growth, with more cities like Dallas on the horizon, we are looking for dynamic individuals ready to become key players in delivering the Padel Haus experience.
The work environment at Padel Haus is dynamic, engaging, and team oriented. Padel Haus and its associates provide exclusive experiences for both members and employees. As a member of the team, you will work in a vibrant and fast-paced setting that combines the excitement of padel with professionalism of a customer- focused organization.
You will interact with members, guests, and visitors nurturing a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The role involves indoor and occasional outdoor activities, requiring adaptability to varying weather conditions. Our facilities are luxurious and deliver a comfortable and modern workplace. Expect to be on your feet for extended periods, engaging in physical activities, and occasionally lifting or moving equipment. We value teamwork, so collaboration and communication with colleagues across various departments are essential to our success.
About the role
This is not your typical front desk job! It's a role with the focus on community, driving operations, and delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Club Concierge, you will be the heartbeat of the club, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, building rapport with members, and helping elevate every guest interaction into a memorable experience.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, sports, and service. The Club Concierge plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to members and guests by developing rapport with our members and players, managing reservations, facilitating check-ins, and maintaining the club's high service standards. This position is perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills, a passion for racket sports, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Community & Member Engagement
  • Build genuine relationships with members and players, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects Padel Haus' community values.
  • Act as a connector by introducing players, encouraging match play, and driving participation in programs, leagues, events, and tournaments.
  • Promote upcoming programs, tournaments, social events, and club initiatives to create excitement and strengthen the Padel Haus community culture.
  • Support the development and execution of new community-building initiatives that enhance the member experience.
  • Partner with management to identify and implement opportunities that elevate club culture, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain 5-star rapport with all members and guests, whether in-person, by phone, or digitally, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and care.

Operations & Service Excellence
  • Lead the daily flow of club operations, from check-ins, court management, and customer support to real-time problem-solving, to ensure a seamless and premium club experience.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures with full ownership and accountability, ensuring the club is guest-ready at all times and standards are consistently met.
  • Manage court reservations, private lessons, and event bookings with accuracy and efficiency through PlaybyPoint (Scheduler, POS, member notes, statements).
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally, record accurate messages, and determine urgency when prioritizing follow-up.
  • Support retail operations including inventory tracking, merchandise presentation, and retail sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and club environment, including towels replenished and monitored.
  • Handle member billing inquiries, courtesy calls, balance-due outreach, and administrative tasks with clarity and confidentiality.
  • Resolve issues or complaints promptly, showing empathy, sound judgment, and a member-first approach.
  • Maintain cooperative, positive working relationships with colleagues and coaches to support a collaborative culture.
  • Complete daily reports and special assignments as directed by management.

What You Bring
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, fitness, or sports, with a natural enthusiasm for connecting with people and building community.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you make people feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative and ownership.
  • Comfort using Apple products, POS platforms, and scheduling systems.
  • Interest in padel (or racket sports such as tennis, pickleball, or squash) and excitement to learn and grow with the sport.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Why Join Padel Haus?
At Padel Haus, we are passionate about growing the sport of padel and providing a best-in-class experience for players of all levels. As a full-time Club Concierge, you will join a fast-growing brand redefining sports hospitality, where your work directly shapes our community and member experience. You'll enjoy opportunities for growth, a supportive team environment, and access to exclusive club perks, all while being part of a high-energy culture that values initiative and excellence.
The pay range for this role is:
24 - 24 USD per hour (Padel Haus Williamsburg)
