Job description

Rumble Hylan Plaza is looking for an energetic, outgoing Marketing, Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to help grow our Staten Island Rumble Boxing studio through local community outreach and social media.
Job requires in person,  in studio and local Staten Island presence. 

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and memberships through local marketing and events.
  • Build relationships with Staten Island businesses, schools, and community organizations.
  • Attend community events, health fairs, and local pop-ups to promote Rumble Boxing.
  • Create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Capture photos and videos of classes, members, and studio events.
  • Respond to social media messages and help grow our online community.
  • Work with Studio Leadership to plan monthly promotions, partnerships, and events.
  • Track marketing efforts and help turn leads into members.
  • Support in-studio events and member appreciation activities when needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about fitness and community.
  • Comfortable creating social media content.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Willing to work some evenings, early mornings and weekends for events and filming content.
Marketing, social media, or sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the Staten Island community is preferred.
