Sobre el proyecto/cliente
Te incorporarás a un proyecto estratégico dentro del ámbito de ciberdefensa, en un entorno altamente seguro y tecnológicamente avanzado. Formarás parte de un equipo ubicado en Barcelona, con un modelo de trabajo híbrido (60% teletrabajo) y con el equipamiento proporcionado por el cliente por razones de seguridad.
Trabajarás impulsando la evolución ágil a nivel organizativo, con impacto directo en la cultura, los procesos y la forma de trabajar de múltiples equipos.
Qué harás
  • Liderar iniciativas de transformación ágil a nivel de equipos y organización.
  • Actuar como referente en metodologías ágiles, adaptándolas al contexto y madurez de la organización.
  • Facilitar dinámicas Scrum, Kanban y marcos escalados en entornos complejos.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua mediante el uso de métricas ágiles avanzadas.
  • Gestionar conflictos complejos entre equipos, stakeholders y dirección.
  • Mentorar a Scrum Masters, Product Owners y equipos técnicos.
  • Colaborar con perfiles ejecutivos, aportando visión estratégica y facilitando la toma de decisiones.
  • Promover comunidades ágiles internas y fortalecer la cultura colaborativa.
Lo que te hará triunfar
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en entornos ágiles, en roles como Scrum Master, Agile Coach o similares.
  • Dominio avanzado de frameworks como Scrum, Kanban, SAFe u otros modelos escalados.
  • Experiencia en implantación de metodologías ágiles a nivel organizacional.
  • Conocimiento y uso práctico de métricas ágiles avanzadas.
  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • Nivel de inglés C1.
  • Alta capacidad de liderazgo servicial, facilitación y comunicación efectiva.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque sistémico.
Valorable
  • Posgrado en Gestión de Proyectos, Liderazgo o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia en coaching ágil y mentoring de equipos o Scrum Masters.
  • Capacidad para gestionar transformaciones culturales y entornos complejos.
  • Certificaciones técnicas como:
    • Azure AI Engineer / AWS ML Specialty / Google ML Engineer
    • Certificaciones DevOps o Kubernetes
    • TOGAF (arquitectura empresarial)
  • Experiencia en creación y dinamización de comunidades ágiles.
