About the role
As a Padel Coach at Padel Haus, you will be at the heart of our player community by teaching, inspiring, and growing the sport we love. You will work alongside a team of passionate coaches and club staff across our locations to deliver a world-class on-court experience for players at every level, from first-timers picking up a racket to competitive club members chasing their next milestone.
What You Will Do
  • Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and other programs tailored to players of all skill levels
  • Design and lead structured training sessions that develop technique, tactics, and match play
  • Support member onboarding by introducing new players to the sport and club culture
  • Coordinate with the club staff to manage court scheduling and coaching calendars and help direct players to other channels of the community
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality on and off the court

What You Bring
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with padel at a competitive or high coaching level
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive and energetic presence that makes players feel welcome and motivated
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and player development
  • Certified padel coach or equivalent national federation certification, preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
