Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection molding machines
  • Operate pad printer, sonic welders, heat staker, etc.
  • Inspect product according to quality plan
  • Degate, trim, and/or perform additional secondary operations according to the control plan
  • Package product to customer specifications
  • Label product containers with ID label according to order activation worksheet
  • Identify molding problems and notify Molding Technician for corrections
  • Perform assembly of product as directed per work instructions
  • Complete daily Production Activity Log
  • Maintain stable mold cycle
  • High level attention to detail
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift fifty pounds or more
  • Ability to understand visual part aspects
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation practices preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP software preferred
  • Ability to understand basic safety standards and procedures
  • Must be able to speak and read English proficiently including good communication skills, both written and oral.
