The Warehouse Packer will replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts in fulfillment of customer orders shipping throughout North America. Orders are fulfilled using RF scanners and completed orders ship small parcel (UPS).
How You Make an Impact
  • Replenish air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.
  • Pick air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.
  • Pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.
  • Manually construct shipping cartons.
  • Housekeeping- removing plastic, cardboard (bailing), emptying trash and sweeping floors.
  • Employees are responsible to follow all Valvoline and regulatory policy, procedures, and laws.
  • Employees must also complete safety and quality training as designated by Valvoline.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You Bring to the Role
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Pick / pack experience in a line environment.
  • RF scanner experience.
  • Experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product.
  • Must be quality minded and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift, carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. in frequently. This role also requires standing, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, reaching, and walking between 8 - 12 hours per shift.
  • Environment: Indoor temperature-controlled conditions.
