Job description

Are you enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences? VTrips, a leading name in vacation rentals, invites you to join our team as a Guest Experience Technician. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Operations Team, ensuring our properties meet VTrips' high standards of safety, cleanliness, and excellence.
Essential Duties:

  • Submit loose linen weekly for the upcoming week.
  • Assist the team with necessary property quality control (QC) inspections and tasks.
  • Perform refresh cleans to maintain property standards.
  • Clean properties as needed, adhering to VTrips' cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with laundry tasks such as packing, sorting, and ticketing.
  • Deliver linens and housewares to properties as directed.
  • Assist in completing in-house guest requests.
  • Track mileage through Paylocity and submit weekly.
  • Maintain parking passes/amenity access bands/fobs for the area.
  • Assist with amenity orders and stocking.
  • Help with office clean-up and organization.
  • Inventory housekeeping/maintenance supplies and linen.
  • Perform re-cleaning and touch-ups as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between locations while working.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background screening.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as assigned.
  • Sitting – 30%, Walking/Standing – 70%. Required to stoop, bend, stretch, twist, and reach. Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
