Purpose and Scope
The Inspector Packer works as part of a collaborative production team to inspect and package finished goods according to customer specifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production flow. All work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Schedule- M-Th 7:45pm-6:00am
Pay rate is $20.60 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
Detailed Duties
  • Inspect products to ensure they exceed customer quality standards
  • Read and follow job order and packing specifications accurately
  • Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to requirements
  • Operate grinders and manage scrap removal as needed
  • Change rolls of plastic material as required
  • Communicate quality or equipment concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently
  • Proficiency in English for documentation and communication
