The Packer plays a key role in supporting production operations by working closely with machine operators and team members to ensure all products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared to meet customer requirements and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work orders precisely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area in a modern manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished products to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify non-conforming goods and promptly notify the appropriate department leader.
  • Perform visual inspections and verify measurements throughout the production flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production and shipping operations.
  • Handle packing, labeling, packaging, and shipping activities as part of the production process.
  • Lift items weighing 50 pounds or more as needed.
  • Stand for long periods while performing packing and inspection tasks.
  • Walk, sit, bend, and talk on the phone as needed to complete job duties.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
