Job description

Job Summary

The Warehouse E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory accuracy. This role ensures orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in compliance with company quality and safety standards while managing warehouse staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment operations (B2C & B2B)
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
- Manage carrier pickups and SLA compliance
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse associates
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve order errors and inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- 3–5 years warehouse/fulfillment experience
- 1–2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with WMS/ERP (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible shifts and peak seasons
