About the Role
Join our friendly and collaborative chocolate factory team, where attention to detail and care make all the difference. We’re looking for a dependable, organized Fulfillment Associate who takes pride in presentation and enjoys hands-on work in a positive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving our factory is beautifully packaged and perfectly prepared for our customers.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive and organize incoming stock and materials
  • Prepare daily shipping materials (boxes, liners, bubble wrap, etc.)
  • Print daily paperwork and create shipping labels
  • Pick and fill customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Assemble and wrap gift boxes and baskets with a focus on presentation
  • Package and label products following food safety and quality standards
  • Prepare orders for shipment and maintain organized work areas
  • Participate in team cleaning and sanitation routines
  • Support teammates and cross-train in other areas such as packing and retail fulfillment
  • Follow all GMP and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ months experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Enjoys teamwork, learning new skills, and helping others
  • Comfortable working in a climate-controlled area (69°F)
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to stay on task throughout the shift
  • Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
