Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for a global telecommunications distribution company in Allen, TX. This role supports shipping, logistics, and inventory operations in a small, team-oriented environment and is a mix of hands-on warehouse work and administrative responsibilities.

In this role, you will assist with physical tasks such as moving and packing materials while also handling administrative duties including ERP data entry, printing shipping labels, and managing barcode tracking. Strong attention to detail is critical to ensure accurate shipment processing and inventory management.

Job Logistics:

  • Location: Allen, TX
  • Work Model: Onsite
  • Contract: Contract to Hire (9 months)
  • Tools/Tech: ERP systems, inventory management tools

Day to Day:

  • Create shipping labels and coordinate freight shipments
  • Process incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within ERP systems
  • Perform hands-on warehouse duties including packing and moving materials
  • Support documentation and shipment tracking

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • Experience with shipping, freight coordination, and labeling
  • ERP or inventory system experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse duties
