Job Title: Fulfillment Associate I

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, scanning, and shipping Carpe customer orders, as well as processing B2B orders. The ideal candidate has strong math, reading, and directional skills, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull products based on customer and B2B order requirements.
  • Scan products and verify order accuracy using warehouse systems and handheld scanners.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure products arrive safely and meet company standards.
  • Process and prepare B2B orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
  • Read and interpret pick tickets, packing slips, shipping labels, and work instructions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and damaged products.
  • Organize and stock inventory as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Strong math skills for counting inventory and verifying order quantities.
