The Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Shipping) plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by handling both inbound and outbound product flow. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a "team first" environment and has a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
  • Receive, stage, and stock inventory in appropriate locations
  • Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory and product organization
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
  • Load trucks safely and accurately based on order requirements
  • Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loading
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements
