The Packing and Cleaning Role technician is a service-minded individual with a passion for helping people in crisis by rescuing their personal belongings (contents) and helping restore order to their lives after a flood, fire, or other disruptive event. We provide training for how to handle furniture, valuables, and delicate items and inventory them for transport and storage. You will also be trained on a software platform called iCat to inventory and track the items through the contents restoration process, which can include cleaning and repair when required.
We treat all personal belongings like they are irreplaceable (because sometimes they are). Our technicians are trained in a broad array of packing techniques that prepare them for success. If you are a compassionate individual who cares about helping people in their time of need, and are ready to learn new skills, we want to meet you.
