Warehouse Associate – Assembly & Packaging

KNESKO SKIN is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help assemble small product boxes, package skincare products, and keep our warehouse organized.


No experience required—we provide on-the-job training. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things correctly, and work well with others, we encourage you to apply.


Position Details

  • Location: Camarillo, CA — onsite
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri; 9:30am - 5:15pm


90-Day Introductory Period

We are looking for someone interested in long-term employment. Your first 90 days are an introductory evaluation period during which we assess attendance, punctuality, quality of work, productivity, and teamwork. You will receive training and feedback to help you understand expectations and succeed in the role.


Responsibilities

  • Assemble small product boxes and package products according to instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and presentation.
  • Promptly report product defects, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Move and organize inventory and restock packaging materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Communicate respectfully and work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Safely use warehouse equipment, including ladders and pallet jacks, as trained.
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled.
  • Strong attention to detail when performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent work quality.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to stay focused.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and support the team.
  • Previous warehouse, assembly, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.


Physical Requirements

  • Perform detailed, repetitive assembly work while sitting and/or standing for extended periods.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds when needed.
  • Perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
