Job description


Function:

The position of Warehouse associate is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling of all incoming products while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Receives material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately.

Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list.

Examine incoming shipments and report/record any discrepancies.

Accurately stage work orders and place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.

Fills orders to be shipped to customers.

Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.

Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area.

Familiarity with CofC’s and SDS’s

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and understand procedures.

Ability to lift-up to 30lbs

Valid Driver’s License

Forklift Certification* (training & certification provided by Bell-Mark)

Familiarity with personal computers.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
