Job description

Now hiring Packing Associate in Allentown, PA Full time. Temp to Perm. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay $16-18/hr Key Responsibilities Receive and process all incoming materials, supplies, and returns. Maintain accurate records in Receiving Log Books, Macola software, and associated reports. Transfer incoming receipts to the correct departments or storage areas. Manage inventory of production supplies (hairnets, gloves, shoe covers, shipping materials, DI water, etc.) and reorder as needed. Prepare, document, and ship outgoing products, including writing bills of lading and arranging transportation. Maintain organized warehouse storage areas in line with DEA, FDA, and cGMP compliance. Support cross-functional production teams as directed by management. Handle packaging components, prepare controlled and non-controlled substance shipments for destruction, and maintain strict documentation. Obtain and maintain forklift certification. Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs regularly. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand motions. Close visual acuity required for inspections, reading, and computer work.
