Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking General Warehouse Associates in partnership with a prominent client in Nichols, NY within the logistics & distribution industry. This position would start as a temp role with the potential to become long term.
Job Summary
Pay: $21.25 per hour
Shift: 1st - 7:30am - 4:30pm
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trailers using manual methods and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks.
  • Move palletized and non-palletized products throughout the distribution center
  • Process merchandise and move it to designated areas.
  • Perform floor loading of merchandise into trailers as required.
  • Process inbound shipments by unloading trucks and receiving merchandise.
  • Fulfill online orders by locating, packing and shipping products to their destinations.
  • Assess visible condition and functionality of products to determine resale eligibility.
  • Erase data from returned devices by using approved tools and processes.
  • Ensure that products are in perfect condition for our customers while contributing to a safe and clean work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist in various warehouse functions as business needs require.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, move and/ or carry 50 - 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout shift
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
