As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality European auto parts to enthusiasts, professional technicians, and customers who rely on us to keep their vehicles performing at their best. In this fast-paced, hands-on environment, you'll work across multiple areas of the operation, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing.
In this role, you'll support every stage of the fulfillment process-from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. • Use handheld scanners and fulfillment systems to process orders
  • Troubleshoot order or inventory issues when needed
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Process customer returns and support reverse logistics
  • Operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)
