Fulfillment Center Associate - Aerospace or Automotive experience required
Contract Length: 4 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Setup: On-site

Fulfillment Center Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping inventory while ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility.
Fulfillment Center Associate Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform inventory receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, packing, labeling, sorting, staging, and shipping activities.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify part numbers, packaging, and documentation accuracy.
- Enter inventory data accurately into warehouse management systems and complete work orders.
- Assign and audit storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Package and protect materials using appropriate methods throughout the fulfillment process.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, electronic pallet jacks (EPJs), reach trucks, and turret trucks.
- Identify process issues, escalate roadblocks, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all PPE requirements and established safety procedures.
Fulfillment Center Associate Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of fulfillment center, warehouse, receiving, or inventory management experience.
- Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, picking, kitting, or packing operations.
- Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Previous forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to world-class quality.
- Basic analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:30 AM PST and commit to 45-55 hours per week.
- Ability to build positive relationships and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
Preferred
- Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience within the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or root cause analysis activities.
