Project Coordinator
Description
North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Anchorage, AK office.
Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
-Order entry and management
-Inventory control
-Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
-Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
-Prepping orders for future invoicing
-Scheduling and coordinating freight
Starting Pay: $29.00-$31.00/HR
Full Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability.

Position Requirements
-Possess strong organizational and priority management skills
-Order entry/management experience
-Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
-Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
-A team player
-Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
-Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
Additional Skills a plus:
-Working knowledge of the material handling industry
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics) Operating System for order entry/management
