The Packer is responsible for safely and efficiently packaging finished polyethylene film products according to customer specifications and company standards. This position ensures product quality during final handling, proper labeling, and preparation for storage or shipment. The Packer plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, minimizing product damage, and supporting overall operational efficiency while adhering to safety and quality requirements.

Packing and Packaging
  • Package polyethylene film products in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.
  • Ensure proper use of packaging materials including cores, bags, boxes, and pallets.
  • Apply labels, tags, and identification markings accurately to finished goods.
  • Palletize finished products safely and securely for transport or storage.
Product Quality
  • Perform visual inspections of finished products for defects such as holes, contamination, uneven edges, or damage.
  • Ensure packaged products meet quality standards for appearance and protection.
  • Segregate and report non-conforming or damaged materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain attention to detail to prevent packaging errors or mislabeling.
Production Support
  • Remove finished product from extrusion lines in a timely manner to maintain production flow.
