Job Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler/Picker Packer and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, accurately picking and packing orders, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop mechanical skills, gain factory experience, and work with a variety of tools and equipment in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure precise construction and quality standards.
  • Pick items from inventory based on order specifications, accurately counting and selecting parts for packing.
  • Pack finished goods securely and efficiently, preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining organization within the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Conduct routine inspections of assembly lines and packing stations to identify potential issues or safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, completed assemblies, and shipped orders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety protocols, quality procedures, and production schedules.

Qualifications
