Motivated Center Associate

The Center Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, packaging, and other business solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Center Associates represent the brand by delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and identify their needs.
  • Process domestic and international shipping transactions accurately using UPS and other carrier systems.
  • Pack customer items safely and securely using proper packing techniques.
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, shredding, and other document services.
  • Promote and sell products and services, including mailbox rentals, packaging supplies, and printing solutions.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
  • Stock merchandise and packaging supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Follow company policies, shipping regulations, and security procedures.
