We have an opening for a warehouse associate in a small 2 person warehouse in Calgary, Alberta Main responsibilities: Pick and securely pack orders for transit Pick orders Complete SAP Delivery in a timely manner Have all orders checked before packing Advise of any stock adjustments- submit form as required Include MSDS or application instructions where applicable Ensure all packages have a customer address label and packing slip Communicate any shortages so customer can be informed as soon as possible Ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt unless instructed otherwise Ensure proper paperwork is submitted for any walk-in customers Ensure shipping supplies are in stock for when needed - order as required Includes tape, boxes, plastic bags, packing materials, weigh bills Pre-make boxes as time permits Ensure support products are in stock at all times Count all incoming shipments against TLC PO and compare to packing slip provided with shipment. Rotate product - new goes to the bottom - old at top Advise of any quantity discrepancies Advise of any damaged product Other duties as required APPLY NOW!
