Open communication with supervisors about workflow or equipment concerns also helps maintain efficiency and reduce stress.

How much does a packer get paid?

A packing associate typically earns between $10 and $15 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the employer. Some positions may offer overtime pay or bonuses, and the role often requires basic skills in handling packaging materials and operating packing tools.
